The CDSP is responsible for archiving and distributing socio-political data

The Center for Socio-Political Data (CDSP), created in 2005 by Sciences Po and CNRS (French National Center for Scientific Research), was set up to make data documented and validated by the academic community available to researchers and wider public.

Formerly headed by Alain Chenu, the center is now headed by Laurent Lesnard. The team has gradually expanded and now includes two IT engineers and three statisticians specialized in sociological studies.

• The CDSP offers online access to national and local elections results from 1965 to nowadays in two ways :

• Results and analysis of national and local elections in the 27 countries of the European Union, with cohesive summaries on the political and administrative structures of each country
