A databank depends upon the quality and quantity of contributions made by researchers. For this reason, the CDSP offers you the following depositor's guide designed to facilitate your data deposits.

We store data exclusively on electronic media, accompanied by sufficient documentation so that the data can be accessed and reused.

Documentation must include :

• The questionnaire used in the survey, accompanied by all material shown to the interviewee, as well as any instructions for data collection that were not part of the questionnaire (instructions given to interviewers, for example)
• The coding grids and the coding instructions, when the coding system is not already recorded in the data collection mechanism itself
• Any related written document that might contain additional information on the research plan or on the way in which data was collected
• The Depositor's Guide correctly completed
